This plane features open sides and a blade that extends the full width of the plane can reach into corners for perfect shavings and a 90° angle. Due to the openings on the sides it can be used in both directions. Sole is ground flat to precision tolerances. Also can be used as a standard block plane. Ideal for cutting small rabbets or trimming tenons to fit.
