Manufactured from heavy duty close grained high tensile seasoned cast iron with a precision ground bearing surface flatness with in 0.0007" (20 microns). This modular machine vise can be used for 3 axis jobs on milling, surface Grinding, Drilling, Jig boring, shaping. The machine vise can be replaced by a table. We can also use it separately as a low profile machine vise and the table also as a universal tilting table. Tilting movement on each side 0° to 45°. Horizontal movement on each side 0° to 90°. Fixed rotary base adjustable through each side 0° to 90° (360°). Vises jaws are fully hardened and ground. with in a parallelism of 0.0012" (30 microns). The hardness of jaws is 55±5 HRC. Table T-slots are accurately machined.
