CHARACTERISTICS
This multipurpose machine vise is a precision accessory for CNC Milling Machine & Machining Centers, EDM, Drilling Machine. Combining rigid construction, low overall height and high accuracy, this vise is an invaluable asset to every Machine shop. The Body and moveable jaw are made of SG iron casting. The jaw plates are made of special alloy steel hardened and ground to close tolerance. The screw rod and nut, which are also of alloy steel, are toughened to impart strength and resistance. The sliding surface are ground to ensure correct fit and high accuracy.
